The old lady died in May 1994, as John Jr., Anthony, had a recurrence of testicular cancer that finally claimed his life.

“This is John’s life. His mother dies, he is crying to his mother, but he is afraid that if people know he has broken up with Daryl Hannah, the media will focus on this, not on his mother’s life,” John Jr.’s friend.
