Kylie Kelce spoke candidly about how she strives to be a positive role model for her four daughters.
During an interview with people posted on Sunday, February 1, Kylie, 33, explained how she talks in front of Wyatt, 6, Elliote, 4, Bennett, 2, and Finnley, 10 months, who she shares with her husband. Jason Kelce.
“I really try my best to make sure I talk positively about myself, even on days I don’t necessarily feel like it,” she told the network. “You can say it all you want, but we’re still human, so there are days when I find myself setting an example for our girls, recognizing like, ‘You know what? I might not feel that way right now, but that’s how I should be talking about myself.'”
The “Not Gonna Lie” podcast host added that becoming a mom reinforced “the idea that I need to make sure I talk positively about myself,” since her daughters are always listening.
“Making sure girls are confident not only makes them happier, but also makes them feel more joyful in life … and that joy can drown out the other mess,” she told the channel.
While Kylie, who met Jason, 38, through Tinder when she was in college and married the athlete in 2018, has been open about motherhood, she has recently proved more open about other issues.
During an appearance at today show on Friday, January 30, Kylie was grilled by the host Savannah Guthrie about his brother-in-law Travis Kelcethe next wedding a taylor swift.
When asked offhand whether or not Travis and Swift, both 36, will be getting married “this year,” Kylie replied, “I have no idea.”

Guthrie, 54, pushed the issue further, asking Kylie: “You really don’t know?” which made Kylie look away and smile. Guthrie acknowledged that sharing information about the nuptials could get Kylie “in trouble”, to which Kylie laughed and commented: “We’re so excited to celebrate, but we can’t wait.”
Despite her subdued response, Kylie has become known for telling it like it is. During a December 2025 podcast appearance on “New Heights,” hosted by Jason and Travis, Kylie Travis asked about his relationship dynamic with Swift. “When you said you don’t fight, you were kidding, right?” Kylie asked her brother-in-law. Travis said George Clooney during a previous episode of “New Heights” that he and the pop star had “never once” argued since becoming a couple in the summer of 2023).
Kylie continued: “Like, were you being sarcastic? The laughter afterwards suggested you were being sarcastic.” Travis doubled down on his claim, replying, “Me and Tay, we definitely don’t fight.”
Kylie’s “New Heights” interview also delved into hers relationship with Jason as she revealed that she and the retired footballer “absolutely hit it off”, before clarifying their connection. “Now, do we argue often? Not really, but we’ve definitely discussed it. Sure,” he pointed out.
