Tobey Maguire he turned his head Super Bowl XL after being spotted hanging out with influencer Mishka Silva, 20.

The Daily Mail posted photos of the Raising Cane-sponsored luxury box at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California on February 8, 2026, where Maguire and Silva joined other VIPs. cardi b, Kevin Costner, Jessica Alba i Travis Scott watch the Seattle Seahawks defeat the New England Patriots 29-13.

Silva and Maguire appeared to be enjoying each other’s company, with the influencer even moving her spiky heels into the personal space of the person sitting next to her in an Instagram story. Fans were quick to theorize that Maguire might have the other person in the flirty post.

Neither Maguire nor Silva have publicly commented on the nature of their relationship. The 50-year-old actor was previously married to a jewelry designer Jennifer Meyer from 2007 to 2020, and they share two children, Ruby, born November 2006, and Otis, born May 2009. (Ruby is only a year younger than Silva).

Mishka Silva is an influencer with almost 1 million followers on social media

The 20-year-old influencer and model has more than 267,000 followers through Instagram and 673,3000 onwards TikTok in February 2026. He has worked on fashion campaigns with major brands such as Steve Madden, Smashbox and Guess.

Mishka Silva’s social media content is usually fun and flirty. In a September 2025 TikTok videodropped a tongue-in-cheek list of personality traits, including making “impulsive decisions”, her preference for “super mini skimpy clothes” and “being brutally honest and not sorry about it”. She also joked that she loves “wearing a full face of makeup 24/7” and “not liking the right people.”

Silva has previously expressed interest in getting a record deal and releasing his own music.

Although Silva hasn’t done many interviews, he has opened up an August 2019 Q&A about how important the support of his fans has been.

“Nice to meet you guys,” she told her fans. “Every time you see me, just come say hi!”

At the time, Silva said the hardest part of being an influencer was “definitely trying not to offend anyone’s beliefs.”

“But (it’s important) to also be you at the same time,” he added.

Mishka Silva started modeling at the age of 14

In September 2025, Mishka Silva celebrated the sixth birthday to sign his first modeling contract. The influencer reflected on how she had “booked a lot of commercial clients, worked in multiple cities and kept busy,” but she wasn’t necessarily satisfied.

“For 6 years I dreamed of working for a high fashion client, but it didn’t happen,” he recalled. “I told myself ‘you should be happy, you’re working and making good money’, but I still had this dream: to walk the catwalk of a high fashion brand.”

He continued: “It took 6 years, and some times I even wanted to give up, but I didn’t. Now, after 6 years of pushing, I got my first high fashion client. One of the BIGGEST and TOP brands in the world, and tomorrow I’m going for them. I’m so grateful to my agents at @fordmodels for believing in me and my friends, who always know me and my friends. show, but I feel like a brand of huge verification in my life goals.”

Although Silva participated in several New York Fashion Week events that same month, she joked via Instagram that “fashion week feeds my soul, but ecom pays the bills.”

“All joking aside, I love all of my work! I’m so blessed to call this my job and so grateful to my agents who keep me busy,” she added.

Mishka Silva has opened up about her heritage

Mishka Silva shared in a 2019 Q&A that many fans have misconceptions about her Mexican heritage.

“A lot of people don’t think I’m Mexican because I look very American,” he said. “Spanish was my first language.”

He added: “People are shocked to hear that!”

That other person was wearing black Nike trainers, which appeared to match the shoes Maguire was seen wearing in television footage of the event. Neither has addressed the nature of their relationship.

Silva shared a merry-go-round of other fun times of their trip to the Super Bowl, including a look at pretzels, skewers, flavored popcorn and, of course, chicken Raising Canes on the game day menu. He partied with the singer Havana winter in another snap, while also being photographed just feet from a side stage when Cardi B performed as part of the Super Bowl weekend festivities.

“Super Bowl weekend was so good I forgot to take pictures, thanks @raisingcanes,” she wrote to the sponsor of her luxury VIP booth.
