In June 1995, a giant statue of Michael Jackson gives a surreal view of the heart of London when floating in the Thames river.
This 32ft (10m) Pop Colossus is just one of 10 showing the whole world to improve Superstar’s album’s album history: Before, today, book, book I.
The Titans in the fiberglass then followed Jackson on his global tour.
Thirty years ago – and 16 years after his death – the king of Pop continued to attract controversy, but some of the statues still stand in the unexpected corners of the world.
How is the king of pop fiberglass

Jackson’s double album is a mix of his biggest hit on 15 new tracks including the song on the ground, which takes six weeks at the top of the UK chart.
In America, the sculptor Diana Walczak consulted Pop Star to create a clay sculptor scanned for album cover.
Hertfordshire-based artist Stephen Pyle, built sets for worldwide opera products, asking a man Robbie Williams (not that one) to make 10 large statues.

He hired Sculptor Derek Howarth to do the statue of polystyrene sections, using Mr Pyle to make molds and casts in fiberglass.
Everything was gathered at Chris and Liz Clark’s workshop at Elstre Studios in Hertfordshire, where they were painted like stone.
The team worked not accessed by Ms Walczak’s prototype, which brings their view a little different.
Mr Pyle says: “Making 10 statues in four months is challenge, but thanks to Chrec, Liz and the rest of the factory for Michael Jackson Monoliths!”
The fate of some of the statues is uncertain, and they may be locked in storage or fighting. But others remain in shown in some unwanted locations.

Jackson fans start to squeeze the area, take pictures and play his music. Frequent crowds Peter had to keep the statue to stop people climbing it.
Each year on Jackson’s birthday, and on the day he died, it became a shrine, with fans gathering to play music, hang pictures and leave flowers.

Things have changed in 2019 after leaving HBO without land documentary leveling new allegations of child abuse of child against Jackson.
“In the Netherlands there is no such strong reaction and my purpose is to leave the statue there,” Peter explained.
But he said pressure from the hedge of food fasting brings to remove and store it in a “secret location”.
McDonald says on BBC: “In 2019, followed the documentary, decided to remove the statue.
“We feel and feel it is important for all guests comfortable to visit one of our restaurants.”
Peter hopes to donate the statue to a fan club, but due to the size of a building permit is required. “Many came to me but no one got a permit,” he said.
“Those years have passed since his death and I notice that the statue interest has been reduced … so Michael Jackson Statue is located under an unimportant shed.”
A Nightclub in Austria

The courtyard of an abandoned club in a small town of 18 miles (30km) to the west of Vienna is not the place you want to see the King’s Effigy.
The owner Franz Josef Zika won the statue in 1998 auction of the Red Cross radio charity, and spent 150,000 schilling in Red, and 15,300).
He remembered: “The great problem I went home and my uncle had to say, who was the family, and he said, ‘You’re crazy!’
Woman’s guests in Judeau-Baumgarten probably surprised to find Michael Jackson in smoking place, but Franz saw it a great way to improve his club.
“There are also a lot of bars next to the statue, so there’s a jackson party,” he said.

Last year the club was forced to close after a new resident building was built nearby.
Now Franz wants to find someone to open a small cafe or pizzeria in place, but it takes to get the first monolith first.
He said: “I try to sell it for two years. I’m happy if I get € 25,000 (£ 21,000) for it.
“I have an interest from Sweden and others in Hungary, but the problem is people who don’t have enough money.”
What if he can’t find a buyer? “We don’t know. Maybe I’ll send it to Mars. Elon will do it for me!” She laughed.
A Swiss Fairground

For more than 50 years, an annual Fairground activity called Luna Park occurred in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Among these blinking lights and colored colors riding that another Jackson statue can be found.
It was given a little again, with gold painting added to his military military uniform.
BBC organizers say they bought it 2008 from someone who bought it from Sony year before.
The statue did not appear in a few years, but they did not say why – yet, they emphasized that it would not be sold.
A mini city in South Africa

When Jackson brought his tour of South Africa, he had one of 10 statues with him.
Santarama Miniland, opened in Johannesburg in the 1970s to show the country of miniature, which was left now.
The attractions were removed and the miniature train will never run, but a repainted MJ monolith still stands, appear in Google satellite images.
Blogger Heather Mason at 2summers.net visited the park in 2013.
Not less than life, not less than life, not less than life, not less than life, not less than life, not fewer than life, not fewer than life.

A amusement park in Italy

A fresh coat of paint and new pair of sunglasses does not make this fiberglass number unknown.
In June 2019, Europark Idroscoco Milano opened the statue “restored” after a jackson flash.
An informant told the gathering crowd: “This statue is dedicated to all of you, who continues to love him for many years.”
Important revelation comes only months after leaving Everland documentary.
Park spokesman told the BBC bought by the statue at the end of the tour but remained abandoned for years before the end of the park.
They say titanium has a face while following the allegations of child abuse because the park’s park owners “don’t want to show the children in the park, so it’s changed to a robot”.
Despite work to restore and restored the statue, park owners now sell the enhanced statue for sale.
