Donald Trump is expected to give more details about his “Committee for Peace” during his stay in Davos. Ostensibly created to oversee a US-brokered ceasefire in Israel’s war with Hamas, the US president has invited some 60 countries to join, including Russia and China. Some, including Israel, have already signed up, but many questions remain, amid concerns that it is designed to replace the UN.
