World no. 1 Jannik Sinner canceled the practice session before his Wimbledon’s fourth final on Wednesday in the middle of fear that his tournament could look back at the elbow.
The 23-year-old Italian Italian injured his easy code after sliding on the starting line in the first game of his fourth round match with Grigor Dimitrov on Monday night.

“We’ll check for tomorrow to see if there’s something serious, and then we’ll try to adjust it.”
Sinner, the Triple Grand Slam champion, should play American 10. Semeni Ben Shelton in the second match in court on Wednesday afternoon.
