Ukraine says Starlink terminals used by Russia were disabled in the strike on Moscow




Starlink Internet terminals used by Russian troops in Ukraine have been deactivated, Kiev said on Thursday, in what one official said was a major battlefield defeat for Moscow that disrupted assault operations.
