Fighter UFC I’m Askren It continues to fight the serious case of pneumonia that made it hospitalized over the weekend.
Ben’s wife, Amy Askrenhe said Sports Tmz On Thursday, June 12, that her husband “definitely struggles” for her life.

News Ben’s health problem was revealed by Amy through Facebook On Saturday, June 7.
“You may have heard my husband well is going through something.” Amy wrote. “He developed a severe pneumonia that took place suddenly. He is currently in the hospital and cannot respond to anything at this time. We welcome all prayers for healing and peace. We try to keep life as normal as possible for our children at present and do our best to give them in a thoughtful way, so he refuses to discuss it for now.”
Ben and Amy share three sons: daughters Alex12 and Andi9, and son Mail7.
Amy offered an update on Monday, June 9, instant his friends and followers to “continue praying for Ben”.

Ben had a celebrated college of collegial struggle at the University of Missouri, winning two National Championships in Division 1 of the NCAA. Later he represented Team USA at the 2008 Summer Olympic Games in Beijing, falling in the quarterfinals.
