Two women were shot dead in the Kentucky church


Two people were killed in a Kentucky church in a gunman who had just been shot dead by a police officer nearby, said officers.

Two women, aged 72 and 32, died in Sunday attacks at the Church at the Richmond Road Baptist in Lexington, and two men of parish were injured, said police.

Investigators believed in the suspect, shot dead by police, having connections to individuals in the Church.
