Two minors, one Russian, detained in Paris for anti-Semitic conspiracy

Two minors, including a Russian citizen, were detained in Paris on suspicion of planning an anti-Semitic attack, according to court and newspaper sources. The Russian, a 16-year-old from Chechnya who came to France with his mother four years ago, sent a photo on WhatsApp of himself holding a knife and announced that he would “kill Jews in five days.” He was in contact with another 16-year-old, who lived in the Paris region, and threatened to target a place of religious worship.
