In an interview with FRANCE 24, Venezuelan opposition veteran Diego Aria criticized US President Donald Trump’s approach following the January 3 capture of President Nicolás Maduro by US special forces. “I was very concerned that the president is not talking about the return of freedom (…) the release of political prisoners, but is essentially talking about oil.”
