Romanian authorities launched an investigation into the influence of the British-American Tate of allegations that he broke election laws by posting social media in new presidency elections.
Checking, confirmed by police sources, centered on a social media post said shared by election day and attached direct or illegal political, illegal in Romania.
Tate, 36, is the younger controversial influence by Andrew Tate, 38, a self-defined misogynist. The pair has a concerted social media that follows over 13 million.
Both the Romanian authorities have been investigated in a separate case associated with many charges, which they denied.
The newest investigation was opened in Ilfov County Police after it received an official complaint.

A court of Romania ruled they could get in the UK once separate consequences against them in Romania ended.
Prosecutors unexpectedly raise two years traveling early this year, after which the brothers traveled from Romania to the US state in February 2025.
They returned to Romania on March 2025, saying reporters “Innocent men did not run from anything”.
