Below is the SCOTT Gottlieb Scott Gottlieb Pfizer Commissioner and a former president of the presidential manager.
Margaret Brennan: We go to Iran’s ambassador to the United Nations, Amir Saeid Iravani, who unites us from New York. Welcome to “deal with the nation.”
Am. Iravani: Thank you for being me.
Margaret Brennan: Ambassador, can you give some clarity? Is Iran intend to have a nuclear wealth program in its land?
Am. IRAVANI: You know responsible member of NPT, and according to this covenant, we have each other’s rights. It means that the right side will be the duty of the other side. In the NPT, we have determined that we have two explicit ways. The first is that we can have research on development, we can have the production of uranium, and we can use peaceful energy. And the second right is the legal protection of our technical activity and technical cooperation for our development program.
Margaret Brennan: Yes.
Am. IRAVANI: And in return, two right will be in favor of the agency, they had to have full access to safe and comprehensive care.
Margaret Brennan: Yes.
Am. Iravani: And the second is to take care of our peaceful nuclear activity, always stays peacefully. So enriching is our right, and it’s a different right, and we want to realize that right.
Margaret Brennan: So do you plan to restart the enrichment, it seems?
Am. IRAVANI: I think enrichment will never stop.
Margaret Brennan: Well, when you mentioned the NPT, for our audience, you are talking about Iran’s international agreements without excrolification and protection. You mentioned nuclear organizations of the United Nations. The Secretary of the State Marco Rubio stated that he was calling Iran, which is a newspaper overseening the Supreme leader, having our previous guest, Rafael Grossi, Spy Spy and Calling His Arrest and Execution. To be clean, Iran threatens the United Nations Institutional Inspectors?
Am. Iravani: No, there is no threat. It is a very clear law that our parliament has been suspended, collaboration with IAEA, because the agency has not established their rights. Therefore, it is a conditional law, while this condition is not established, so cooperation towards IAE will be suspended. But each time it is determined by the law, we can restart our cooperation. But there is no director of IAEA.
Margaret Brennan: Well, Israel was published in the newspaper “Kayhan” in Iran. Your foreign minister also said that Iaea and Grossi itself is wrong. Are IAEA employees, already in Iran inspectors are safe? And can your sites come back to work to inspect?
Am. Iravani: Exactly. Are in Iran. Are in a safe condition, but the activity has been suspended. They can’t access our website, but maybe some are individuals, the opinion of people who can threaten the IAEA or General Manager. But we have criticized Iaea. Our evaluation is that they do not work, so they failed and prepared them (inaudible) for attacks against us.
Margaret Brennan: Can I imagine you will convict its execution calls?
Am. Iravani: Yes.
Margaret Brennan: Trump President–
Together. IRAVANI: (INAUDIBLE) -Media.
Margaret Brennan: I know, and you are talking from the UN. President Trump said Friday officials wanted to meet him personally, and he said he will soon be. Mr. Embassy, Tehran is intended to dispose of this indirect communication request with the United States and start talking to Trump Administration?
Am. IRAVANI: We were negotiating, but because we know that any conflict between Iran and the United States or other JCPOA cannot be repaired without negotiation and using peaceful means to resolve this conflict. So we are in bargaining, and we are ready for negotiation, but after this attack, it is not a proper situation for a new negotiation turn, and there is no request for the boarding and president.
Margaret Brennan: Although the United States want to talk to Iran, Iran put us on his face, President Trump said Israel said that he was going to kill Israel farther away. Why not take the offer of a diplomatic lifestyle? It seems to be offering one.
Am. Iravani: Violation of international law is very violating the supreme leader of the Islamic Republic of Iran or a state-of-the-head leader. So we should understand, which is the principle and state of obtaining a negotiation? The negotiation has its principles, and it is the process and take the process. So we should talk about bargaining and discuss each other, maybe we reach a conclusion or not, but unconditional surrender is negotiation. The policy is promised in us. If they are ready for negotiation, they willing to do so, but if they want to give us, it is impossible for negotiation with them,
Margaret Brennan: Mr. Embassy, thank you for your time. We will be waiting to see if there is a diplomatic choice. We will go back.
