Traitors Recap: Rob Rausch betrays Lisa Rinna in Shocking Twist


The hits kept coming in the new episode of The Traitors with an emotional takedown, traitor upon betrayal and many murders.

During the Thursday, January 22 episode of the hit series Peacock, the traitors (Rob RauschLisa Rinna and Candiace Dillard Bassett) they couldn’t kill anyone after a Loyal secretly acquired a shield in the last challenge.

This started a day full of different group plans to deal with a traitor. Some people wanted to banish Ron Funches because he was considered a potential traitor from the first elimination while others watched Colton Underwood.

Speaking of Colton, he launched a surprise plan by approaching Lisa, who he thought might be deceiving the group, and proposing. Colton suggested keep her safe by doing Surely no faithful voted her out if she protected him as a traitor.

Afterwards, Rob tried to make amends, but the trust was already broken. What viewers didn’t know until then was that host Alan Cumming previously told the trio about an open-air murder that took place right after the banishment. The preview for next week’s episode hinted at a divide between loyalists and traitors alike as they join Alan for a themed dinner, which will be moonlighting as the setting for the traitors’ latest kill.

The Traitors, which was released in the United States in 2023, brings together reality TV stars and other notable personalities to compete in a mafia-style game for up to $250,000. Earlier this season, Ian Terry, Rob Cesternino, Caroline Stanbury i Money they were killed by the traitors.
