Top European Rights Court says Russia broke international law in Ukraine


The Supreme Human Rights Court of Europe has ruled that Russia has violated international law in Ukraine. Since the international court has fully attacked in 2022, the International Court has blamed Moscow for human rights violations.

Judges in the European Court of Human Ryats have decided four cases filed against Russia by Ukraine and the Netherlands. Since the onset of the conflict, many of the alleged violations of human rights have been included, including the abduction of Malaysia Airlines and the abduction of Ukrainian children.

Any decision will be largely symbolic. After the attack on Ukraine, the court regulation board brought these complaints before the removal of Russia in the 5th.

The families of the MH17 disaster victims see this decision as an important stage in search of 11 years of their 11 -year justice.
