A full field of 12 goes to the post in the penultimate race at Lingfield on Wednesday where Lahina Bai will bid to defy a five pound fine and score a hat-trick for Rachel Cook and John Bridger.
The five-year-old mare recorded her second win of the year at Bath in October and followed it up with a half-time success over today’s course and distance eight days ago.
Pinjarra he was also successful when last seen for John and Sean Quinn, running a two-and-a-quarter length winner over six furlongs at Southwell in October, and went six pounds higher today.
