has been taken Tori Roloff almost a year for feel confident in your own skin – literally.
“Okay, this is a bit of a vulnerable post,” Roloff, 34, wrote via her Instagram Stories on Saturday, Jan. 3, alongside a throwback selfie from 2025. “This time last year, I was struggling really bad with my skin. I had the worst cystic acne.”
She continued: “It hurt and it looked terrible. I’m not one to be insecure, but that was hard for me to do.”
In a follow-up slide, Roloff posed for a new selfie to show how her skin had lightened.
“This is almost exactly a year later after working with @gloaestheticsand wellness @zoskinhealth and @skinbetter,” she wrote. “My skin looks and it feels much better. I’ve also been constantly working on healing my gut with @tryarmra, and I’m so grateful.”
The Small people, big world Alum has previously been candid about her body image struggles, especially during pregnancy. (Tori welcomed children Jackson, Lilah and Josiah with her husband Zach Roloff in 2017, 2019 and 2022, respectively).

“This pregnancy has been a lot harder on me than the last,” Tori said he wrote via Instagram in July 2019 in the middle of her pregnancy with Lilah. “Don’t get me wrong. I’ve been very lucky. I’m not sick (anymore) and I haven’t had any complications (thank the lord), but it’s been harder for me to accept my body. I’ve grown up a lot faster than with Jackson and I’ve become a lot more insecure.”
She continued: “Hearing people ask me if I’m sure they’re not twins definitely doesn’t help… It’s been hard to really enjoy this pregnancy because I’ve let my body image issues get in the way. We as women are so mean**, we can grow babies. I know I have to hand it over to God and be thankful for this gift, and trust me.”
After Tori gave birth to Lilah, she began prioritizing her fitness.
“This is the first time I’ve found a place that I feel holds me accountable,” Tori said. explained exclusively Us Weekly in October 2020. “It’s been good. I just feel stronger and feel more confident.”
Zach, 35, also noticed how his wife had grown in confidence since coming to terms with her postpartum figure.

“I’ve told her to walk more confidently and talk more confidently about herself,” Zach said we “It’s been good.”
Tori gave birth to her son Josiah two years later in 2022, which led her to re-examine how she looked in the mirror.
“My body has been through a lot. I thought about getting a tummy tuck or something because I have a belly,” Tori wrote via her Instagram stories in August 2023, per in contact. “But at the same time, I say, ‘God gave me three beautiful children and gave me this life that I’m so proud of.’
Tori ultimately decided not to go under the knife, stressing that she is now “scared” of his body instead of feeling ashamed.
