The 17 -year -old Australian Sudanese runner entered 20.02 seconds to break the Australian national record again.

Queensland’s son told reporters, “I feel good. The new personal, new national record in my first European race.”
Gout is being compared to Usain Bolt as he defeated Jamaica’s sign at Ostrawa. Bolt completed the first 200 meter race in 20.28 in 2006, but won the 200 meter gold medal and scored a new world record of 19.19 seconds.
“I do not feel any pressure. Because when I get out of that track, I am just myself and what I have to do – my favorite thing and it wants to run,” Gout said about the expectations.
“So, I am running out there and not stopping me to do this … Get some more races in me and (20-second barrier) will definitely come down.”
Got stood for 56 years on 20.04 when Peter Norman’s national record was broken in December.
He scored 19.84-second 200 and 9.99 seconds in 100 meters at the Australian National Championship in Perth in April, but strong Telvind made both illegal.
Although those two sub -20 times, it is still in the first seven of the under -201, which includes bolts.
