The United States seized an oil tanker linked to Russia in the North Atlantic on Wednesday after chasing it off the coast of Venezuela, in an operation condemned by Moscow. The US military also announced that a second sanctioned tanker had been seized in the Caribbean Sea, bringing the total number of ships seized by Washington since last month to four.
