The United Nations and France condemned Israel on Monday for attacking peacekeepers in southern Lebanon, after they neutralized an Israeli drone that allegedly flew over their patrol in an “aggressive manner” on Sunday. According to a French diplomatic source, the troops involved in Sunday’s incident were French.
