The Supreme Court ordered the new test for Oklahoma Death in Row Inmate


The US Supreme Court rules a new test for Richard Glossip, a Oklahoma man on the death line.

The court ruled 5-2 favor in glossip, changing a court of Oklahoma court of criminals ruling.

Movement comes after the total Republican lawyer in the state includes glossip to call for a new test.

GLOSSIP has been convicted of 1997 to kill the owner of a Timel in Oklahoma City where he worked. He has nine killings posted, and eat his “last food” three times.

Justice Syomayor wrote on Tuesday’s opinion for the court and accompanied by fellow-liberal justices Elena Kagan and Ketanji Brown Jackson. Brett Kavanaugh and Chief Justice John Roberts, both conservatives, also joined the opinion.

Justice Neil Gorsuch did not participate in the case.

“We conclude that the prosecution violates its constitutional obligation to correct false testimony,” Sotomayor said.

Glossip always keeps his innocence.

His boss, Barry Van Thorese, owners of Oklahoma City Motel, beaten until he died in 1997.

Glossip’s Commenague, Justin joked, convicted of murder, but glossips told him to do the killing.

This is because the prosecutors did not disclose that Sneed was treated for a severe psychiatric state.

The glossip was first convicted in 1998, but it failed in 2001. He was convicted of again three years ago.

In 2015, only a few steps were far from exile, he executed his murder to review deadly drugs.

In 2023, the Supreme Court intervened after the General of Oplahoma General demanded a new test.
