The oldest restaurant stands in the world Georges Blanc, the third star is missing, according to French media reports.
Georges Blanc, the 82-year-old France chef in charge of the South-East French restaurant, speaks the AFP News Agency that they “don’t expect it”.
“We’ll do two stars … we may not be very elitist and little easy to access.”
Based on the city of Vonnas outside the French city of Lyon, the restaurant earns its first star in 1929 under Georges’ ratawar guidance from a guide to the restaurant since.
Georges took the restaurant in 1964 with his mother, Paulette, before the four years of only 25.
He won the third Michelin Star for the construction of 1981, and held all three to – so far.
It means octogenarian chef – which won the National Awards, including the Legion of Majesty in France with three stars in Michelin than nothing.
Gwendal Puellenec, Director of Guiding Michelin, told the AFP they are trying to “reflect the evolution of the quality of the restaurant in our rank”.
But he also gathered praise to Mr Blanc. “It is true that under his leadership that was once a family experienced by a new boom that could be this gourmet village to be a real gastronomic destination today,” he said.
The guidance, he added, “keep following this restaurant with the same kindness, the same rigor” in the years in the future.
With his eponmous build, G. Blanc has many other restaurants, hotels and food stores, as well as an inn.
Michelin, a French tire manufacturer, made a guide to the restaurant since 1900, introduced by the Star System in 1926.
They originally written one as a way to encourage driving, and so carefully for car tires.
Michelin will make the annual award award award by the star at the end of the month.
