Real Housewives of Orange County star Shannon Beador‘s ex -husband, David BeadorA temporary containment order was issued against his strange wife, Lesley beadorabout alleged abuse, Use weekly can exclusively report.
On June 17, David, 60, filed a request for protection against Lesley, 41. The two share a daughter, Anna Love Beador.
David, who has been married to Lesley for four years, asked Lesley to be ordered 100 meters away, his home and his work, except for custody exchanges. He proposed that they continue to share Anna’s custody.
His request requested that he be registered in an intervention program of the drummer and asked him to be ordered to leave his mansion in Newport Beach, California. David said, “I am the owner of the house. My business is in Orange County. Lesley is currently staying in our Montana residence for the summer.”
“Lesley and I have had many advantages in our marital relationship, with previous (divorce requests) presented and dismissed and contained domestic violence orders,” David told the court. “I have always been concerned that Lesley’s relationship with me has been based mainly on his desire to live a luxurious standard of living.”
He stated: “In our case (not) not only a cliché that Lesley married me for my money. In our case it is a fact, she has made me very clearly.”
He accused his ex using his daughter as a tool to “extract more money” and “persuade -me (to) reject my actions of domestic violence”.

Last year, Lesley presented himself for a Order restraint against David, claiming that he had been verbally abusive. He said he created a hostile environment for Anna and stated that he was extremely jealous. Lesley presented himself to divorce along with his retaining order.
At that time, David told the court that “Lesley routinely tells me that I am abusive when I do not agree with her or to make my opinions known. He has a habit of constantly texting for hours, trying to cause a reaction from me. I think Lesley is angry because I cut the unlimited spending capacity at his credit cards over the weekend.”

In his new file, David stated: “Lesley has physically abused me on several occasions and only a small part of these incidents have been detailed in previous domestic violence actions.”
He continued, “Lesley is a pathological liar and she will say under the pain of literally perjury anything that will benefit it.” He said he endured “countless incidents of domestic violence and abuse” to be in a position where he can have frequent contact with his daughter.
David said they had a trip to New York earlier this month. He said that Lesley started a fight with him after his friend made positive comments about him in front of him.
He said that the morning left, Lesley refused to go. “We started discussing and going forward, and he made several degrading comments, and he again tried to cause -as he did so many times in the past.”
“During our argument, Lesley physically attacked me, making chunks of large skin from his arm,” David said. The businessman attached photos of his alleged injuries taken a few days after the incident.

He stated that Lesley also cornered him in the bathroom and “shake hands with strength” at least four times on his face. “Obviously we did not go to the family trip,” he wrote. David said that Lesley left his house in California and went to his house in Montana.
He said he spoke to Lesley, who accused him of being gay with his friend. “I’m not gay,” David said.

The court granted David’s request for a temporary containment order. An audience has been established later this month as to whether it will be permanent.
On the same day, David presented a divorce. He requested the joint legal and physical custody of Anna. He cited “irreconcilable differences” as a reason for the division.
He also asked the court to apply the prenuptial agreement they signed before walking on the aisle. He said that the PREUP rewards $ 10,000 a month in support of half the duration of the marriage.
David and Shannon, who have shared three of their own, have been married since 2000 and divided in 2017.
