OnlyFans stars entered the zeitgeist in 2025 more than any year before thanks in large part to the competitive sex trend.
The year started with a bang when Bonnie Blue she claimed to have broken a world record by sleeping with 1,057 men in 12 hours. In a TikTok video from January, Blue (real name Tia Billinger) proudly displayed a sign that read “1,000.” Australian star Annie Knight and that of the United Kingdom Lily Phillips also tested the trend, eventually sleeping with 583 men in six hours and 1,113 in 12 hours, respectively.
As 2025 rolled around, the adult creators also got transparent about their earnings and plastic surgery efforts, while navigating some fights along the way.
“I definitely want to continue as long as possible. I just think, why not? I don’t think you can ever say no to making that amount of money,” Knight exclusively said. Us Weekly in May about his career plans. “Obviously, I enjoy it too and it’s fun. I love my job. I wouldn’t want to do anything else.”

All competitive sex
After Blue claimed to have achieved a world record in January by sleeping with 1,057 people in 12 hours, Knight tried to top the feat by having sex with 583 men in six hours. Days after the event, Knight, who suffers from endometriosis, shared that she had been admitted to the hospital. He later assured his fans that he was on the mend.
“The the prognosis is good, and it looks like I’m going to have to take a week off, try to relax a little bit, sit in the sun, take it easy for a while,” Knight said. we in may “But I’m definitely going to be fine. I’m not going to let this hold me back.”
The following month, Phillips claimed he had gone to sleep 1,113 men in 12 hours — and described her Instagram experience as a “conveyor belt.”
However, experts warned of the physical and mental health risks associated with these trends. Psychotherapist in New York and Washington DC Jonathan AlpertThese challenges can lead to feelings of emptiness.
“In that moment, (creators) can feel like they’re really special. But then, I think, they probably feel worthless,” he said. we in July “They’ve relied so much on that external approval, and when that’s all gone, they feel really empty, confused about what their real worth and value is.”
All the money
After completing the competitive sex challenge, Knight did not shy away from revealing that his financial income had “tripled” and brought in a whopping $600,000 a month. (Knight shared later in August that his monthly revenue decreased to $450,000, something I expected because of the attention surrounding the event.)
With the transparency, experts wondered if the younger generation might see the race as something financially lucrative. The independent columnist Chloe Combi he said we in July that “at a time when there are huge amounts of economic anxiety, especially with young people … this creates a perfect storm of this idea that it’s both easier, much easier than it is, and it’s normal and very, very rarely, the consequences are talked about.”
It wasn’t just Knight who shared his financial gains, but the creators like him Lil Taytoo Back in August, Lil Tay alleged that he did over $1 million to the content platform in one day.
“$1 million in 3 hours 🤩We broke the crap out of this record from just fans 😋😋,” he wrote on Instagram at the time. “Come see the content I took of myself at 12:01 on my 18th DAY😳 ONLY AVAILABLE FOR 24 HOURS.”
Later that month, creator Sophie Rain claimed David DobrikThe YouTube vlog has earned $82 million in the past year and a half. Dobrik proceeded to read more of Rain’s earnings report, which said he made $28,472 in one hour and that he made $3.4 million in July alone.
All Plastic Surgery
In the spirit of sincerity, stars like Phillips, Knight and creator Tiffany Wisconsin all have been open about their plastic surgery endeavors. In September, Phillips alleged that he spent $60,000 undergo a labiaplasty, chin implant, liposuction and Brazilian glute lift. As for her upcoming procedure, Phillips stated in her YouTube video that she has the “longest toes” and wants them shortened.
“I know some people will think this is really extreme,” he said, “but it’s something I’ve always hated my whole life. These feet have been the bane of my existence.”
The following month, Wisconsin received the Rib Sculpt Plus – which is a minimally invasive, scar-free procedure that uses ultrasound-guided tools to fracture and reposition up to 12 ribs with the goal of a narrower waistline.
“This is not like traditional rib removal,” he told Wisconsin exclusively we at that time. “It’s safer, scar-free, and the healing process is supported by a corset that acts like a cast. It’s the only way I can get this shape, and I’m obsessed with the results.”
Knight, meanwhile, pulled the curtain in November her $62,000 cosmetic trip — which included breast augmentation, rhinoplasty, chin fillers, invisalign and preventative Botox.
“It’s actually crazy,” he exclusively said we at that time. “Now I can go out without makeup and feel a lot more confident. I can easily put on a light touch of makeup or a little bit of makeup and feel better. The shape of my face feels so much more cohesive. It’s crazy that just these tiny little changes, I mean, some people say they’re not tiny, but even the structure of my nose, it just changes the whole structure of my face.”
She continued: “I look back at pictures of me from two years ago, and I’m like, ‘What the hell?’ I feel so different, but not different enough that it doesn’t feel like me. I feel more myself now than I did two years ago.”
All stunts
There were, of course, several events that brought about 2025. In June, Blue drew attention for its out-of-the-box event. called “petting zoo” – where she would appear undressed and tied to a glass box while trying to sleep with 2,000 men. The stunt eventually played a role in getting Blue banned from OnlyFans.
When rumors circulated that Blue had been banned from the platform, an OnlyFans spokesperson said we that “extreme ‘challenge’ content is unavailable” and “not permitted” under its Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service. “Any violation of our Terms of Service results in content or account deactivation,” the spokesperson said.
Blue, for his part, considered the decision to be “clearly unfair” because he claimed to have been “outstanding”. He added during an exclusive interview with we in June, “It’s not because what I did was dangerous. I’ve been the only content creator that has happily approached me with the numbers I have and I’ve walked away smiling every time.”
Wisconsin, meanwhile, had big plans for its content, which included wanting it movie videos with a shepherd and an Amish man, as well as “really old men.”
“I want to find a guy who is 90 years old and able to do things,” she exclusively said. we in June “That’s one of my goals.”
All of them
While some bonds between creators were formed in 2025, other friendships were broken. After Blue was banned from OnlyFans, she made one subtle dig at Knight’s hospitalization.
“That’s why I got banned, because I get more views,” Blue said we in June “The only difference is I don’t cry and I don’t vlog hospital trips. I just leave smiling.”
Knight, meanwhile, was not here for the commentary, which also referenced Phillips getting emotional after having sex with 100 men in one day in December 2024. (Phillips explained at the time that he was crying because not everyone at the event had the experience.)
“I’ve worked with Bonnie several times and have had ideas for her in the past, so I was surprised to see her comments,” Knight said. we in a statement in July. “In an industry where women are constantly pitted against each other, I’ve always believed in supporting other creators, even when I don’t agree with a particular formulation of how they frame their stunts.”
Later that year, Knight became involved in a separate feud with Rain about whether or not they have “morals”. The back-and-forth began when Rain appeared on the “Bangin Out” podcast in August and explained that he still has his “morals” compared to other creators in the competitive sex space. Knight said later we in September that she was “very upset” by Rain’s comments.
“I post explicit content and I have morals, I believe in right and wrong, I believe in individuality and sexuality and everyone has the right to express themselves,” Knight said at the time. “I believe in being kind, considerate, understanding and non-judgmental. Those are strong morals. So I think your statement is false on all counts.”
In a separate statement, Rain called Knight “irrelevant, delusional and projecting,” noting that “morality is not something that can be photoshopped.”
