The owners of a village in New Zealand blowing in 2019, killing 22 people, have a conviction of disaster thrown at the high court of the country.
Whiskaari’s management is limited (WML) found guilty of 2023 that fails to maintain guests safely and only fined NZ $ 1m ($ 545,000). They also ordered to pay $ 4.8m to reprimand victims.
