Teyana Taylor confirms who Leo DiCaprio was talking to in the viral video


Teyana Taylor solved the mystery of Leonardo DiCaprioit’s viral Video of the Golden Globes 2026.

Taylor, 35, confirmed as she walked The Rip premiered on the red carpet in New York City on Tuesday, January 13, with DiCaprio, 51, chatting about K-pop at the table.

“What do you think of Leo’s viral K-pop video?” asked a reporter as Taylor rocked the red carpet in a daring black dress. Taylor quickly responded and revealed what the internet was dying to know.

“Oh my God. He was talking to me,” she said. “That’s what makes it even more fun.”

DiCaprio went viral on Sunday, January 11, after looking pretty animated during a commercial break during the Golden Globeaccording to a video shared through social networks.

“I was watching you with the K-pop,” DiCaprio he seemed to be saying in the cliptalking to Taylor while pointing and laughing. “You were like, ‘Is this? K-pop?'”

He clapped and laughed at Taylor, but his reaction was not caught on video.

DiCaprio and Taylor starred in last year’s critically acclaimed film One battle after anotherdirected by Paul Thomas Andersonwhich has been collecting numerous awards so far this year.

Taylor, for example, took home the Golden Globe Sunday for Best Supporting Actress in a Motion Picture.

“My gratitude is endless. I love you, we love you, and thank you so much for making room for me and our entire cast,” the actress said as she took the stage, giving a shout-out to “every single person who has touched this project.”

“I think it’s really important, because I think about everything and through blessings, those are things we pray for,” Taylor explained when asked why it’s so important to put gratitude first. “When you get it, you should always be grateful and full of gratitude. That’s how I feel about myself.”

Taylor spoke more about her career in an interview with Vanity Fair which was published on Tuesday, explaining how she went from singer to Kanye West music video star to a full-fledged actress.

“Oh my gosh, it’s been like, busy, busy, busy,” she said. “But in the best way, of course. I think it happens to be able to work with Sean PennLeonardo DiCaprio a Matt Damon i Ben AffleckI’m like, that’s a lot.”

Taylor continued, “Seeing people treat me with such care and love, it’s been like I’ve gone from master class to master class… Is it like I’m able to be the best version of myself because I’m surrounded by the best of the best?”

Although she’s already a Golden Globe winner, Taylor admitted she doesn’t want to talk about what other accolades One battle after another could win

“It’s so crazy, because I don’t like doing it,” she shared. “I get really shy when everyone starts talking about awards season and stuff.”

Despite the praise she’s received from famous friends, family and the public, Taylor tries not to focus on any outside noise.

“I try not to wrap my head around it too much,” he explained. “Trying to keep myself grounded and not get to a place where I’m obsessed with the result.”
