Terry Crews’ daughter Azriel Patricia Crews is recalling a confrontational experience he had with a famous actor as a teenager.
Azriel, which Terry shares with his wife Rebecca King-Crews, took to Instagram on Friday, Jan. 23 to share a story about how “a creepy actor hit on her at a celebrity wedding” when she was 16.
In the two-part videoAzriél, 35, did not name the actor in question, but detailed what happened at the star-studded nuptials.
Azriél explained that she was initially introduced to the actor at a pre-wedding event for their parents, that I already knew him.

“My mom introduced me to him as her 16-year-old boy, so he was very aware of my age and was kind at first and I was a fan of his work, so I was really excited to meet him. At first,” Azriél said.
However, Azriél said things started to change at the wedding itself when the actor took it upon himself to sit next to her during the ceremony.
“We got to the ceremony and found some seats that weren’t assigned, but then, as if on cue, a creepy actor slides into the seat next to me and says, ‘It’s nice to see you here.’ Like I didn’t choose that seat on purpose. They weren’t assigned. That was my first official red flag,” he recalled.
After moving to a new location for the reception after the ceremony, Azriél sat at a table with his parents.
“I want to sit down and enjoy my evening when all of a sudden, who sits next to me? But the creepy actor. Somehow his name was on the place card next to mine, what… coincidence? I’ll never know. Then he leans over and says, ‘Well, hello again,'” she said.
She continued: “Suddenly I feel a hand caress the back of my arm and I turn to him and he gives me a creepy smile and says, ‘Are you enjoying yourself?’ So I said, “Yeah,” and he said, “Well, don’t act too civilized.” And that’s when I noticed that his knee was pressed against mine under the table. And that’s when I turned to my mom and said I have to go to the bathroom now.”

When he got to the bathroom, Azriél informed his mother of the situation at the table
“My mom believed me immediately and, being the Christian woman that she is, took my hands and started praying with me in the bathroom. We prayed that he would leave us alone because we didn’t want to have to tell my dad and cause a scene at this big star-studded event,” Azriél said. “And when we got back to the table, he was miraculously gone. Was it an answer to a prayer? Possibly. Or was it the fact that he realized he’d gone too far. We never saw him for the rest of the night.”
Azriél shared that he then had a great time for the rest of the night, noting that the actor has “publicly disgraced himself many times” in the years since.
