While competing in the WM Phoenix Open in Scottsdale, Arizona on Wednesday, February 4, Kelce, 36, hit a shot on the 16th hole that landed a few feet short of the cup.
“Oh my God! Are you kidding me? Better than me. I didn’t think I had it in the bag,” said a Golf Channel announcer. “Travis Kelce, give him the chains. Oh man, I guess I’m not the only red light performer. I’ll be waiting all day until Wednesday afternoon.”

In a surprise twist, Swift, also 36, apparently saw the moment and reacted to the analysis by liking the post on Instagram.
“TRAVIS KELCE WITH ABSOLUTE DART ON 16TH 🔥🎯,” wrote the Golf Channel via X with the moment “3x Super Bowl Champion catches him a few feet away and wins the WM gold chain!”
Another athlete who was very impressed with Kelce’s golf game was his NFL teammate Patrick Mahomes.
On Tuesday afternoon, the NFL quarterback had the Internet talking when he posted a message via X that he stated“Let’s go!!!!! @tkelce 🎯🎯🎯.”
