Taylor Armstrong has apologized for his controversial comments about Bad BunnySuper Bowl LX halftime performance.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills student, 54, drew criticism on Sunday February 8, then overlapping his face Russell Crowe‘s gladiator character in an Instagram Stories post. She wrote alongside the image: “Was you entertained? Shame on @NFL and Apple for Super Bowl halftime show all in Spanish with a Cuban flag!!”
The reality TV star, however, has now issued an apology via her Instagram Stories, explaining that she “personally did not connect” with the “creative direction” of the halftime performance.
“I want to address my previous Instagram post about the Super Bowl halftime show. My post did not fully reflect my heart or respect for the artist and the culture in general,” Armstrong wrote on Wednesday, February 11.
He continued, “The Super Bowl is such a great American tradition, and while I personally didn’t connect with the creative direction of this year’s halftime show, that doesn’t take away from the fact that Bad Bunny IS American and that the Spanish language is a prominent aspect of American culture. Obviously, my lack of awareness of Latino culture led me to mistake (sic) the flag for Cuban.”
“I sincerely apologize and plan to learn from this in the future. America is special because people of all cultures and backgrounds can come here, share their talents and make their dreams come true. That diversity is something I truly respect,” Armstrong continued.
“It was never my intention to offend anyone’s culture or language, and I am deeply sorry for those I have hurt. I should have taken more time to reflect on my thoughts instead of impulsively posting misinformation at this time,” he wrote.
Armstrong concluded, “I apologize to the Latino community and anyone else I may have offended. I’m always learning, always growing, and I appreciate the opportunity to clear my heart and move forward more thoughtfully.”

Really.”
Zarin said the performance felt “like a political statement because there were literally no white people in the whole thing” and criticized the guest performer. Lady Gagathe appearance of
