The Huawei Chinese and Smic Chinese companies may be difficult to access the necessary sources to build ai chips, due to Taiwanese exports control.
Bloomberg reports that Taiwan International Trade Administration Put two companies and children in the list of updated entities defined as a strategic technological commodity. Meaning the Taiwanes business requires the government agreement before you can submit anything for the company.
