RabauseSudan took the United Arab Emirates (UAE) at the International Court of Justice (ICJ), who accused the support of the Paramilitary Sudan in Sudan.
Khartoum argues with UAE is “Genocide Complex” in Masalit Community, in West Darfur, by military, financial and political backing for RSF.
In response, the UAE strongly rejected the allegations of Sudan, calling the case with a “cynical publicity stunt”, and said it would seek immediately.
Since the war began April 2023, the RSF and Sudanese Army were accused of doing cruelty.
The RSF is accused of having a Genocide in Darfur – against non-arabic groups in the region.
According to the News Agency AFP, the Sudan submission of ICJ says: “The United Arab Emirates promotes rebellion and supported genocide crime in West Darfur.
“United Arab Emirates should make full rebuke for damage caused (by) international error, including payment of the victims of war.”
An official UAE official said “The allegations presented by the SAF representative in ICJ lacking any legal or real attempt to interfere from the harmful war”.
UN experts are monitoring Darfur firearms used to describe accusations of UAE weapons of RSF weapons through Chad reliably.
ICJ advisory option is not legal binding but still carries important political weight.
The nearly two-year war was destroyed in Sudan, with thousands killed and over 12 million people transferred, moving one of the worst human crises.
