With the bases scattered throughout the Middle East, the United States had established presence in the region for decades. 40 to 50,000 soldiers, on eight permanent bases and several temporary locations were stationed there. The largest location is the one who focused Iran in the launch of rockets on Monday – Al Udeid base in Qatar.
