A spacex rocket exploded shortly after being launched from Texas last Thursday, chasing trips to warnings in debris.
There is no reported injuries or injuries but images from the Caribbean Sea Island countries show garbage rain from the sky.
This is the eighth mission to try the rocket, and the second consecutive failure.
The super heavy booster, which helps it leave the ground, managed to go back to launchad.
