South Africa Court ordered Zambia to reverse the ex-president’s body

A court of South Africa ruled that the Zambian government could return to the body of former President Edgar Language and give him a state stater, despite opposition to the state.

The high court of Pretoria ruled in favor of Zambian, which was used to prevent family plans to bury him in South Africa, where he died in June.

The state, in time, argues that personal aspirations should not exceed more public interest.

The dispute follows a long separation between Langu and his heir Hacainde Hicainde, with Luu’s family saying he does not need to attend his funeral.
