Sophie Turner is sharing lessons he’s apparently learned with his social media followers.
“Life, really, is just a series of endings and beginnings. On a loop,” read one anonymous message shared via text, which Turner, 29, posted to her Instagram Stories on Friday, December 12. “Everything up and down comes at a time in this cycle. Perhaps embracing the beginning of something new has to be balanced with accepting the end of reality.”
The message continued: “The sooner we realize and welcome it, the better we process our experiences and see that life works for us, not against us. Adversity (emotional, physical or psychological) brings strength of character to the next challenge.”
The statement concluded with advice on how to embrace the next chapter.
“As you feel the heaviness of an ending, remember that the joy of a new beginning is just around the corner,” the note added.
While Turner did not reveal the identity of the sender of the text or why the message seemed to resonate with her, the actress has been in a period of transition. Turner and ex-husband joe jonas they finalized their divorce last year
“I’m going through a legal process right now where I can’t really say much, but it was incredibly sad,” Turner previously said of their split during a 2024 interview with Harper’s Bazaar. “We had a beautiful relationship and it was difficult.”
In light of the breakup, Turner moved from the United States to his native England.
“I’m so happy to be back. It felt like my life was on pause until I got back to England,” he told the network. “I never feel like myself when I’m not in London, with my friends and my family. I was away for so long, six years, and that’s when my friends got engaged and when I got pregnant. I went to dinner with someone the other day and she said, ‘I never got to touch your belly.‘ We didn’t have those key experiences with each other.”
In Turner and Jonas’ divorce decree, they agreed to share custody of his two daughters. According to the British actress, it’s “absolute agony” when she doesn’t have her children at home.
“(Becoming a mother) changed me so much in every way. Before I had kids, I was very depressed and anxious, and I would isolate myself a lot,” Turner said. Harper’s Bazaar. “Now, I think I live my life for them. I want them to see me having a social life and enjoying work and thriving in my career and relationships.”

She continued, “I want them to see a working mom. I’m going to come back and say, ‘That’s why mom was out.’ It’s because he’s doing this for you, so that Santa Claus can come with a big package of gifts.”
Turner moved in that same year with an aristocrat Pilgrim “Perry” Pearson before they stop coming out this fall. She has recently been linked to the Coldplay frontman Chris Martin.
“They’ve been out on a few dates in London,” a source said explained exclusively Us Weekly last month “It’s still very new, but they have a lot of chemistry and there’s a definite spark between them.”
