At least six people were killed in a suicide of a suicide of a Seminary of Islamic in northern Pakistan described as the “University of Jihad”.
The explosion occurred in the mosque within Darul debra Haqqania, in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, about 55km (34 miles) from the northern town of Peshawar.
Maulana Hamid ul-Haq, a prominent clergy and the influential head of the school, one of the dead. Police say over 10 other people are injured.

HAQ, 57, is the son of the influential Pakistani Cleer Maulana Sami Ul-Haq, widely known as “Taliban Father”.
He became a seminary-chancellor after his father Dead in 2018, And the head of a faction of religious ulema-e-Islam (jui-f) political party.
He also served as a member of the National Assembly of Pakistan from 2002 to 2007.
Haq’s father has long been a relationship with the leadership of Afghanal Taliban, including Mullah Omar.
He is considered an influential figure to facilitate negotiations between Taliban and Pakistani Government.
Despite their strong Afghanis and Pakistani Taliban connections, no HAQ or his father directly linked to any counter-state activities.
However, they often appear as intermediaries between Pakistan and Taliban.
The President of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Shahhif reconciled to attack, as did the Pakistani Taliban.
The group describes HAQ as a “preacher of truth, a merciful teacher, and a fearless contestant for the strength of the madrassas”.
