“It is with more sadness than words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne passed away this morning,” his family said. Us Weekly in a statement of the moment. “He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time.”
The cause of the rocker’s death revealed to be cardiac arrest, acute myocardial infarction, coronary artery disease and Parkinson’s disease, according to a death certificate obtained by The Sun daily in August.
During a November episode of the ‘Osbournes’ podcast, Sharon spoke for the first time about Ozzy’s death and revealed that Britain King Charles III has approached personally to the family to share their condolences.
“Our King, he’s an amazing person. Not just because he wrote to us when Ozzy died … if he did it for us, you know he does it for many, many, many people,” she said. “Here’s a man who knows what’s going on in the street with people, not just politics. Here’s a man who cares about the environment, animals. He cares about many, many, many things. He has a good heart.”
“When Ozzy was sick in the hospital with the motorcycle accident, he got in touch,” Sharon said. “He’s a good, caring man with a good heart. Ozzy, like me…we’re royalists. We respect him, we respect his family. We respect him. He took the time out of his day to write us, hand-delivered, a note from the king on Ozzy’s death with his condolences. And that says a lot.”
