On Jan. 30, Iswarienko filed court papers seeking to quash a subpoena issued to an Airbnb-like website called Wanderfired off by Doherty’s team.
Doherty’s estate asked Wander for all the information about the income Iswarienko made renting a four-bedroom, four-bathroom, 3,464-square-foot home in Dripping Springs, Texas.
Iswarienko argued that the representative who issued the subpoena on behalf of Doherty’s estate had no power or authority to do so. He has asked the court to intervene and order that he does not have to present the documents.
As first reported to Us, the trustee of Doherty’s trust and executor of her will, Christopher Cortazzofiled court papers on November 24, 2025, accusing Iswarienko of owing money from the divorce settlement the exes signed days before the actress’ death.
Doherty He died on July 13, 2024 at the age of 53. The entertainer faced a years-long battle with cancer.
Cortazzo claimed Iswarienko was required to list the Texas home for sale, according to the divorce settlement. The Doherty estate believes the house should have been sold and half the proceeds paid into it.
The home, with an estimated value of $1.5 million, is not currently on the market. The actress’ family seems to believe that Iswarienko has been renting out the house for profit.

Angela Weiss/Getty ImagesAdditionally, Doherty’s estate claims her ex-husband, who is a photographer and artist, has failed to provide an accounting of the art in which the estate has an interest.
“(Doherty) shall receive one-half of all licensing/syndication fees that (Iswarienko) receives from any and all works as used herein means all photographs, images and graphics, including still photographs, panoramic images, video recordings and virtual tours, taken or created by (Iswarienko), and any works derived from such photographs or other licensed images, intended to be distributed or created for any other person, distributed or created for any other person. by (Iswarienko) during the parties’ marriage (October 15, 2011 to January 15, 2023),” said the divorce agreement signed by the exes.
The deal also called for Iswarienko to buy the Beverly Hills 90210 the alum’s interest in an airplane and sell a hangar attached to the airplane.
According to the official settlement, Doherty walked away with his residuals, his $9 million home in Malibu, California and several bank accounts.
The actress also kept a Salvador Dalí painting, a 1979 Ford pickup truck, a 2007 Range Rover and a 2019 Range Rover.
Doherty did not receive spousal support in the settlement despite telling the court she was no longer making much money due to her health problems.
“As a result of my recurring health problems, I have been largely unable to work and have no future employment prospects,” Doherty told the court weeks before his death. “Today, virtually all the income I earn is residual income from the work I did before marriage. Most of my residual income comes from a television show called enchanted. I learned this recently enchanted it will no longer be streamed on any major streaming platform after June 30, 2024. As a result, my future residual income will decrease dramatically. My annual income is $25,732.90.”
Doherty added: “I haven’t worked since 2022.”
The exes married in 2011 and Doherty filed for divorce in 2023.
