Former FIFA President Sepp Blatter and French Football Legend Michel Platini returned to Switzerland court to face the accusations of cheating.
In 2022, the pair is released by a 2M Swiss Francs (£ 1.6m) to be made by the platini and authorized by blatter in 2011.
Men who deny evil evils and say that transfer is beaten to pay for Platini’s FIFA Advisory Works, which previously precedes Gourning Body Load in Europe.
But the Swiss Federal Prosecutor asked the decision. The new test is expected to last up to Thursday, with a judge due to 25 March.
The pair shows before the appeals of the muttenz court, near Basel, on Monday. Blatter, 88, confirmed that he was innocent.
“If you talk about falsehoods, lies and cheats, it’s not my way. That doesn’t exist in my whole life,” he told the court.
A lawyer for Platini, 69, said the lower court released the pair of 2022 “correctly to know that the dispute fee of 2m francs lawsuits the law”.
Plusa has a bad career play and a three-time winner of the ballon d’o – the highest individual football award in Europe.
He oppressed France to victory in the 1984 European championship and won 1985 European Cup Juventus. He continued to coach the French National Team and became President of UEFA in 2007.
In 2015, prosecutors accused the pair of fifa deception about the payment made by Platini.
In his testimony of the first trial, Blatter said he asked Platini to work as his counselor in 1998. Plar-on’s annual fee of 1m swiss francs.
However they set up the payment part, with a unique balance to be paid at a later date. Platini said during the test: “I trust the President, and knows that he will pay me a day.”
He stopped working for FIFA in 2002 but at first he began to pay while he told the court he did not need the money in time, and – according to the blatter – FIFA “broken”. In January 2011, however, Plino felt he was in a position to send an invoice and the money was paid after blatter approval.
After an investigation launched in 2015, Switzerland prosecutors accused Blatter and Platini with losses and fraud.
Also in 2015, FIFA has suspended men from football for ethical seasons – at the beginning for eight years, even if their exceptions later declined.
In 2022, the Federal Criminal Court in Switzerland at Bellinzona is cleaning two after receiving their account of a “lord agreement” for payment.
The businessman in Switzerland and Sports Administrator Blatter participated in FIFA in 1975, became a General Secretary in 1981 and then president of the Governing Body in the football in 1998.
He remained on paper for 17 years to resign between corruption tests. Platini later took his own candidacy for the President.
