During Sunday’s press conference, Nanos noted that Nancy “doesn’t have any cognitive problems.”
In a second press conference, authorities said they could tell Nancy that she “didn’t go out on her own” and that they “don’t see this as a search mission” as much as a crime scene.

The resident described Nancy as “pure sunshine and sharp as a speck”.
“She was driving to church a couple of weeks ago and I was walking and she asked me (about my family),” the neighbor said. “She always asked about other people and always cared about them, she never put the spotlight on herself, but always on others.”
While the search continues, Savannah, 54, has traveled to Arizona to be closer to her family. (Sheinelle Jones filled in for the NBC News anchor on Monday’s edition of today.)

During Monday’s episode of Today with Jenna and Sheinelle, Jenna Bush Hager was overwhelmed with emotion when she talks about her close friend’s family matter.
According to Bush Hager, 44, Nancy “takes the daily medication” she needs “to survive.”
“We are thinking of our dear and beloved Savannah and her entire family right now,” Bush Hager added. “Our prayers obviously go out to Savannah.”
