Savannah Santa is getting candid about her ongoing weight loss journey.
“In order for us to prepare for the travel show, you know, my weight has always fluctuated. Always,” Savannah, 28, revealed on the Tuesday, Nov. 4, episode of Her & Mom. Julie Chrisley’s “Unlocked” podcast “Like right now, I’m almost 160 pounds. Probably more than that.”
After Julie, 52, shared that Savannah “doesn’t look 160 pounds,” Savannah said she “likes” her weight to be around 135.
“I hadn’t been getting my shot because … I love food,” she explained, apparently referring to a popular weight-loss drug that often suppresses a person’s appetite. “That’s the hard part. So when I’m on set and I can’t eat, I’m like, ‘Wow, I love food.'”
Savannah noted that she “just had a whole panel of blood work done,” which she said gave her more insight into where all of her “markers” are.
“I want to start again (on) my vaccine. (My company) Good Girl RX, now we sell tirzepatida,” he said, referring to the weight-loss drug. “I love tirzepatide, which is great… So I can compare my blood work before I take it and after I take it and see what my biological age is, what my A1C is like, all that stuff.”

Julie added that they would do the tests together.
“I just think as long as you feel good about your body, that’s all that matters and I want to be thin,” Savannah noted. “I want people to say, ‘Is that okay?’
After Julie jumped in and told her “you don’t want to be so skinny”, Savannah agreed, saying that she “doesn’t want to be so skinny that I lose my ass”.
“But I want to be really thin because now when I put on some of my jeans… I don’t like when I put on jeans that don’t fit… I need to lose some pounds,” Savannah clarified, adding that she wanted to start a weight loss tracking app for her company Good Girl X. “I’m going to start it so everyone can follow it.”
Almost four months ago, Savannah revealed that she had liposuction done after dealing with endometriosis questions (According to the Mayo Clinicendometriosis is an often painful condition in which tissue that is similar to the inner lining of the uterus grows outside the uterus).
“I was going through all kinds of crap with my endometriosis and I was on this drug, and I literally gained 40 pounds in three months. It was crazy,” she said in one episode. “Unlocked” podcast.. “It happened quickly. It was a while ago. It was around Christmas.”
After getting liposuction, Savannah revealed that it changed her entire mindset about her body and her life.
“It made me want to live a healthier life,” she explained. “When I saw the results, I was like, ‘Oh my God, I want to keep going like this.'”
