Russia pressures Ukraine with strikes, leaving cities in freezing temperatures




Russian strikes have damaged Kyiv’s energy infrastructure, leaving residents without heating in freezing winter conditions. Elderly residents say they haven’t experienced such cold since World War II and are relying on makeshift solutions to survive in homes where temperatures hover around 10 degrees Celsius.
