Eddie Osefo returns to work after being arrested on fraud charges.
Eddie, 41, surprised fans when he showed up to his Happy Eddie cannabis brandFar & Dotter’s pop-up event in Pikesville, Maryland on Friday, October 24, sources exclusively said Us Weekly.
Eddie arrived without his wife, The Real Housewives of Potomac star, Wendy Osefoand just before the pop-up opened to the public at 1pm local time, an insider shared.
The same eyewitness said we that Eddie was in “great spirits” and was seen laughing and mingling with attendees during the two-hour event.

“He was very cozy and welcoming,” the source said, noting that Eddie’s conversation with everyone was “lighthearted and light-hearted.”
He talked about his Happy Eddie brand and working in the cannabis industry, but he didn’t talk about his and Wendy’s. recent arrests or chargesexplained the source.
Eddie’s conversation was “nothing out of the ordinary,” the source added.
He posed for a few photos and gave out clothes, including his cannabis brand t-shirts, hoodies and lighters.
Eddie’s appearance also helped boost business at the local dispensary hosting the event.
“He was definitely busy,” the source said wenoting that the popup “had a nice steady flow.”
He also posted about the event earlier in the day Happy Eddie’s social mediawriting, “Proud to be back in the community today @fardottermaryland Pikesville spreading Happy Vibes.”
Eddie and Wendy, 41, they were arrested on October 9 on charges of insurance fraud, conspiracy insurance fraud and making a false statement to a police officer.
Both have denied the allegations and have hired separate lawyers to fight the charges.
Eddie hired powerhouse attorney Joseph Murtha, who has ties to the previous case of President Bill Clinton and Monica Lewinsky, we reported exclusively.
He and Wendy are asking that the charges against them be dismissed and that all evidence collected be suppressed, claiming an illegal search and seizure.
The charges stem from an alleged burglary at his home in Maryland in April 2024.

Prosecutors accused Eddie and Wendy of making misleading statements to insurance companies and making sure the items they reported stolen were returned to the store or were still in their possession.
A representative of the couple issued a statement shortly after his arrest.
“Dr. Wendy Osefo and her husband, Edward Osefo, are back home safe with their family and in good spirits,” the statement said. “They are grateful for the concern and support of friends, fans and colleagues. The Osefos, along with their legal team, await their day in court. At this time, they respectfully request privacy while they focus on their family and the legal process.”
