Residents fled to the flooding houses in Argentine City


At least 13 people were killed in the flood of Argentine Port City of Bahía Blanca.

The rain presses over 1,200 residents to leave their homes and many parts of the city left without electricity.

The roads and bridges are destroyed and the footage showed cars gathered after flooding water.

Friday over 400mm (15.7 inches) the rain fell to Bahía Blanca, which is a third of the average rainfall each year.
