Ryan Reynolds touched Matt Damon and his wife, Luciana Barrosoto get help during the height of Blake Lively‘s End With Us battle against the “evil and sociopathic FAUXminist” Justin Baldoni.

“Don’t worry either way. We’d love to get your well-deserved pov,” Reynolds apparently wrote in a May 2024 group chat to both Damon and Barroso. “And if your girls want to see it on the big screen at the B’s Family & Friends screening on Saturday at 6pm, they’re obviously welcome!”
Reynolds seemed to mean Damon and Barroso’s daughtersIsabella, 19, Gia, 16, and Stella, 15. Reynolds referred to End With Us as “one of those who always slips on and off the set”, apparently referring to the drama.
“One day, we’re going to make a movie about the movie. And we can’t wait to tell you all about it,” he continued. “The stories are already finding their place in the pantheon of legendary Hollywood craziness.”
Reynolds ended the message by joking to the pair that he and Lively might be “out” of work “forever” before noting that they should all get together to play pickleball.

I wish even one of those things was hyperbole.”
Lively said it was “juicy stuff” before allegedly recounting a conversation she had with Baldoni when they started filming the movie.
“I told him the first day (after so much shit had already fallen). “I don’t need anything from you. I don’t need you to guide me or make me feel good. I already have All I need from you is, I just need you not to make me feel like shit. That’s all. I have the rest.’ And that came true,” he wrote. “What I didn’t expect was to have to do everything in this movie. I rewrote the entire script. I directed all the actors.”
The documents released Tuesday were filed as part of Lively’s unsealed deposition. Lively said she was “shooting” him with her edit of the film before going head-to-head with Baldoni to make a “corner” for their respective versions.
“Anyway. It’s all the drama. That was the gossip headline. Not even the good stuff. Too much information,” Lively concluded. “And like Ryan said zero pressure zero. Except for the pickleball part. There’s major pressure there.”
Barroso, a producer, responded, saying she was “very sorry” that Lively had this experience. Damon chimed in with two messages.
“We’ll give you all the help we can. And if this experience hasn’t totally destroyed your soul, Blake, you should come direct your next film at Artists Equity,” the actor apparently wrote, referring to the production company he started out with. Ben Affleck. “We’re like a cult, but very nice.”
Damon appeared to go on to write, “I’m looking forward to seeing your work,” apparently referring to Baldoni. Barroso then apparently co-signed her husband, writing: “Like Matt said, artist equity from now on. No weird cult money needed.”
Us Weekly Damon’s rep has been contacted for comment.
As the apparent string of text messages continued, Lively and Reyolds recounted situations with Baldoni that had previously been reported. They shared how Baldoni allegedly asked how much Lively weighed before recalling a conversation where Baldoni said he was talking to Lively’s late father.
“I’ve never seen anything like it,” Reynolds wrote, noting that Baldoni “has almost no sense of boundaries or shame.” Reynolds added: “I can’t believe he didn’t go to jail or make it back into the sun.”
