On Friday, January 30, the Justice Department released more evidence from Epstein’s estate, including 100 new photographs. Mountbatten-Windsor appears in three new images alongside a fully clothed woman whose face has been redacted.
The former prince touches the woman’s stomach and waist in two shots taken at separate angles, while a third image appears to show him kneeling on all fours while looking directly at the camera.

No additional context has been provided for this latest evidence from the Department of Justice, so there is no confirmation as to when or where these photos were taken.
Us Weekly Buckingham Palace has been contacted for comment. Mountbatten-Windsor has always denied any wrongdoing in relation to Epstein. (Epstein died by suspected suicide at age 66 in August 2019 after being arrested on federal sex-trafficking charges.)
BBC News reported that separate emails between Epstein and a contact called “The Duke,” believed to be Mountbatten-Windsor, were also released on Friday. (Mbatten-Windsor’s title was “The Duke of York” before he was stripped of his royal honors at the end of 2025.)
The messages were exchanged in August 2010, two years after Epstein pleaded guilty to procuring a child for prostitution and soliciting a prostitute in 2008.
At the time, Epstein had just completed a stint under house arrest after being sentenced to 18 months in a minimum security prison. The newly released emails were sent between August 11 and 12, 2010, and included Epstein offering to introduce “A” to a 26-year-old Russian woman with whom he “could enjoy dinner.” “The Duke” replied that he was at Geneva “until the morning of the 22nd, but that he would be delighted to see her.”
“Will he be carrying a message from you? Please give him my contact details to get in touch?” asked “The Duke.”
When “The Duke” he asked for “any other information you may know about her that might be useful to know,” Epstein replied that “she (is) 26, Russian, intelligent (sic) beautiful, trustworthy, and yes she has your email.”
“The Duke” mentioned it must be “good to be free,” with Epstein replying, “Great to be free of many things.”
In other emails exchanged in September 2010, Epstein asked “The Duke” if they could arrange “private time” while he was in London.
“I just left Scotland should be down at 1800,” his contact he answered. “I’ll call you when I get down if you can give me a number to call. Or we could have dinner at Buckingham Palace and lots of privacy. A”

Mountbatten-Windsor has always denied any wrongdoing when it came to Epstein. He told the BBC news in 2019 who severed her relationship with Epstein after a final visit to the disgraced financier’s New York home in December 2010.
Asked if she regretted her friendship with Epstein, Mountbatten-Windsor replied news“Now, not yet and the reason is that the people I met and the opportunities I was given to learn, either because of him or because of him, were really very helpful.”
“Not himself, so to speak, as near as you might think, we were not so near,” continued the former prince. “So, I mean, yeah, I was going to stay at his house, but that was because of his girlfriend (Ghislaine Maxwellwho was jailed in 2022 for sex trafficking offences), through no fault of his own.”
Mountbatten-Windsor announced in October 2025 that she would relinquish her royal titles amid mounting pressure over further revelations about her relationship with Epstein.
“In discussion with the King and my immediate and wider family, we have concluded that the continued allegations about me distract from the work of Her Majesty and the Royal Family,” Mountbatten-Windsor said in a statement. we at that time “I have decided, as always, to put my duty to my family and my country first. I stand by my decision of five years ago to retire from public life.”
He concluded: “With Her Majesty’s agreement, we believe that I must now go one step further. I will therefore no longer use my title or the honors that have been bestowed upon me. As I have previously stated, I strongly deny the allegations against me.”
Buckingham Palace announced it days later King Charles III he planned to strip his brother of his royal titles. The palace clarified that the former prince would now be known as “Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor” and would be forced to leave his home at Royal Lodgewhich it acquired as part of a 2003 peppercorn lease.
“(Mbatten-Windsor’s) lease at Royal Lodge has, until now, provided her with legal protection to continue to reside,” Buckingham Palace said. we in a statement. “He has now been formally notified of the transfer of the lease and will be moving to alternative private accommodation. These censures are deemed necessary, despite the fact that he continues to deny the allegations against him.”
Mountbatten-Windsor is expected to move to Marsh Farm on Charles’ private Sandringham estate in early 2026.
