President Zelensky told the BBC that minerals between the US and Ukraine remained “ready” to sign between him and public administration on Friday.
He was asked about the future of the agreement, which gave the US Rare Rare reser access to Ukraine, by Laura Kuenssberg.
“This is our policy on the past, we have strengthened,” he continued, “If we agree to sign the mineral deal, we are ready to sign.”
“The agreement that is on the table is signed when the parties are ready,” he finished.
