The three-day wedding of Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez is underway, with celebrities from around the world attending the weekend celebrations.
The star-studded guest list is expected to arrive in the past few days, with an estimated number of about 200. Many celebrities, including media tycoon Mogul Oprah Winfrey, first daughter Ivanka Trump and her husband Jared Kushner and football star Tom Brady, were found leaving Marco Polo Airport via a taxi boat.
The event, or the so-called “week wedding of the century,” is expected to cost about $465 to $55.6 million According to Reuters. The high-priced label for weddings has been criticized by activists whose threat of vandalism has resulted in the change of wedding venues to safer locations.
