Pandora shares soar as CEO wants firm to turn silver


Pandora, the world’s largest jeweler by volume, rose in morning trading on Thursday after the company addressed investor concerns about its reliance on silver.

The Copenhagen-listed stock rose as much as 7% after it guided for organic growth alongside its quarterly earnings report in 2026 and said platinum-plated jewelery would be introduced after prices. silver more than doubled compared to last year.

“If you look at the volatility of our silver, one of the things we have to do for the company is decouple it from silver trading,” CEO Bertha de Pablos-Barbiere told CNBC’s “Squawk Box Europe.”
