The Cincin 4 Keramik is the first collection of smart rings that do not feature a metal finish. However, they are made of Zirconia ceramic, a ceramic that is more resistant to work, says oura, allowing style and comfort.
I have tried the 4 ceramic ring for the past three weeks, and here is my experience with it.

Finish and Taste
Ring oura 4 comes in four colors: midnight (dark blue), midday (white), tide (petal light), and petal pink). The ring is $150 more than the standard 4 ring starting price, with a $500 price tag, and is available in sizes 4-15.
I chose midnight. Although the shade is technically blue, it can look black from a distance – or even a dark shade, I’ve been told. The ring doesn’t look like a wearable arrangement at first glance, which is good if you want to prioritize aesthetics without sacrificing function.
Compared to the original ring 4, the ceramic version is slightly thicker, but it doesn’t look like it. The titanium version is 2.88 mm thick, while the ceramic version measures 3.51 mm.

As for the weight, the ring can weigh between 5.1 and 8.1 grams, making it heavier than DITANIUM Titanium, which weighs 3.3 and 5.2 grams.
Despite being thicker and heavier than its predecessor, I found the ceramic oura 4 to be comfortable and light, even compared to standard metal bands. It feels like a regular ring, only thicker.
The ring is smooth and not as easy to collect on the finger as the version of the titanium ring 4. Since the Zirconia ceramic is hotter than the titania finger, it cannot be felt with the ring, but I can feel the ring quickly.
Oura says the color in the ring comes from the natural minerals in the ceramic itself, so it stays vibrant and doesn’t fade over time. (Of course, I’ve only had the ring for three weeks, so I can’t speak to how it will hold up long-term, but so far, it’s the same color as anything.)
Durability
Oura says that the ceramic 4-ring ring is mixed with a softer metal, such as found in cookware or dumbbells. The company says these scuffs can be handled with the polish pad that comes with the ring. (The review unit we received from Oura did not include the Polishing pad, however.)
While there were moments when I thought I could see the scuffs on the ring, I was surprised that I could clean them with a shirt or a sweater.
The company also recommends wearing the ring on the non-dominant hand to avoid unnecessary impact. However, the ring is only felt on my dominant index finger, so that’s where I’ve been wearing it for the past three weeks. It is exposed to more potential damage at the most expensive times than the typical customer.

As it turned out, the ring made everything uncomfortable.
